AIM PAPYR's free plan is genuinely free: no card, no sign-up, no watermarks. You can find out whether the service works for you before paying anything. If you have never bought a paid plan, there is nothing to refund.
If you buy a paid plan and it is not for you, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, with no need to explain why. This is the right of withdrawal that EU law grants consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU), and we apply it with no extra conditions.
Email privacidad@aim-papyr.ai from your account address saying you would like a refund. No form, no justification required. We confirm by email as soon as we process it.
We refund the full amount to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to show on your statement.
If the service does not work as promised and we cannot fix it, we refund you even after the 14 days. Write to us and we look at it case by case, with judgement and no small print.
Payments for plans are processed by Paddle.com, acting as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) of AIM PAPYR. That is why the charge may appear on your statement under Paddle. You can send refund requests to privacidad@aim-papyr.ai and we handle them.
On payment pages (pricing and account) we load Paddle's script, which includes their payment recovery tool (Paddle Retain): it lets us warn you and let you update your card if a payment fails, before you lose your subscription. It is not loaded in the tools: when you use PAPYR to work on your documents there are no third-party scripts and no tracking of any kind — the promise that actually matters.
