Try it before you pay

AIM PAPYR's free plan is genuinely free: no card, no sign-up, no watermarks. You can find out whether the service works for you before paying anything. If you have never bought a paid plan, there is nothing to refund.

14 days to change your mind

If you buy a paid plan and it is not for you, you have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, with no need to explain why. This is the right of withdrawal that EU law grants consumers (Directive 2011/83/EU), and we apply it with no extra conditions.

How to request it

Email info@biomag.es from your account address saying you would like a refund. No form, no justification required. We confirm by email as soon as we process it.

When you get the money

We refund the full amount to the same payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving your request at the latest. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days to show on your statement.

Renewals: never a surprise charge

If the fault is ours

If the service does not work as promised and we cannot fix it, we refund you even after the 14 days. Write to us and we look at it case by case, with judgement and no small print.

Who processes the payment

Payments for plans are processed by Paddle.com, acting as the authorised reseller (Merchant of Record) of AIM PAPYR. That is why the charge may appear on your statement under Paddle. You can send refund requests to info@biomag.es and we handle them.
